Why aren’t there half sizes available?
Our shoes are European sizing, and half sizes aren’t available. For example, if you are a US 9.5 you will choose size 9. However if you have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Returns & exchanges?
Because all of our pieces are custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. Please double check your order details (size, color, spelling, shipping address) before placing your order, we cannot make changes once production begins.
